My work is relational and body-centered. Rather than only talking about what is happening, we also pay attention to how your experiences are showing up in your body and in the present moment.

I draw from Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, attachment and parts work. These approaches give us different ways of becoming curious about patterns that may have developed over a lifetime and noticing what happens when we meet them with a little more awareness, choice, and care.

I don't follow a formula or believe there is one right way to heal. Our work unfolds slowly and collaboratively, shaped by you, your history, your body, and what feels important now.
