About Jessica Conway - Somatic Practitioner · Registered Nurse · Mother
I believe that a Somatic Practitioner should be a friend of your soul and a midwife of your nervous system and soma. I am dedicated to providing a relationship and an environment where you can unfold your own uniqueness - a landing pad for your spirit and journey as mother.
For much of my life, I have been curious about what helps us feel at home within ourselves.
That curiosity has taken me through more than 15 years of working in the healing professions—from nursing and yoga to the study and practice of Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness and attachment.
And then I became a mother.
Motherhood has brought me into an entirely new relationship with so much of what I have studied, practiced and taught over the years.
It has also changed the direction of my work.
Today, I specialize in supporting women through the journey into motherhood—from trying to conceive through pregnancy, postpartum and the early years of mothering.
Hi, I’m Jessica
Somatic Practitioner · Registered Nurse · Mother
My son, River, was born in January 2026.
Motherhood has been one of the most grounding and disorienting experiences of my life. It has brought me more deeply into my body, while also bringing old patterns, younger parts of myself, and questions about how I want to live and mother much closer to the surface.
It has also changed the work I feel called to offer.
Today, I primarily support women through pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. I offer a place to slow down, listen inward, and become curious about what this season of life is bringing forward.

A little about my background
I have been a Registered Nurse for more than 15 years, with a master's degree in nursing from UCLA and a background in critical care and hospice.
My somatic training includes Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Polyvagal Theory, the Safe & Sound Protocol, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. I have also been teaching yoga since 2017.
All of these approaches inform my work, but I don't follow a formula. What matters most to me is the relationship we create and meeting you where you actually are.
